Terms of Use
Effective: September 1, 2026
These Terms explain the rules, responsibilities and conditions that apply when you access or use TrustLens.
1. About TrustLens
TrustLens is a digital safety and scam-risk checking service developed and operated by GeekyAce Digital Hub.
By accessing, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using TrustLens, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. What TrustLens Provides
TrustLens analyzes messages, websites, links, QR codes, screenshots and other submitted information for possible scam, phishing and fraud warning signals.
TrustLens may combine local analysis, confirmed community intelligence and third-party threat-intelligence services when producing a result.
Features, detection methods, supported content types and intelligence sources may change as the service develops.
3. No Guarantee of Safety
TrustLens provides risk guidance, not a guarantee.
A Low Risk result does not prove that something is safe. Likewise, a Dangerous or High Risk result is a warning signal and should be considered together with independent verification where important decisions are involved.
Scam techniques, websites and threat information can change quickly. TrustLens may not detect every malicious or fraudulent item.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to interact with a website, sender, business, payment request, investment, employment offer or other party.
4. User Accounts
Some TrustLens features require an account. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You should provide accurate account information and must not intentionally impersonate another person or allow unauthorized users to access your account.
You are responsible for keeping the email address associated with your TrustLens account accessible and up to date.
5. Plans and Usage Limits
TrustLens may offer Guest, Free, Pro, Family, administrative or other account levels. Different plans may have different daily usage limits, features and access rights.
Current plan features and prices are shown on the TrustLens pricing and account pages. We may change plan features, usage limits or prices in the future.
Where appropriate, changes to paid subscription pricing will apply prospectively rather than retroactively to charges that have already been completed.
6. Paid Subscriptions
TrustLens may offer paid subscription plans, including Pro and Family plans.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide according to the price and billing interval shown at checkout.
Unless cancelled, a recurring subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period according to the terms presented during checkout.
7. Payments and Lemon Squeezy
TrustLens uses third-party payment infrastructure for paid subscriptions. Lemon Squeezy may act as the payment platform or merchant of record for eligible TrustLens transactions.
Payment processing, supported payment methods, taxes, invoices and certain billing information may therefore be handled directly by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms and policies.
TrustLens does not require you to provide full payment-card details directly to the TrustLens application when payment is processed through the payment provider's checkout.
8. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring TrustLens subscription through the available billing-management process when live subscription management is available.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated by the payment provider or required by applicable law, cancelling does not necessarily remove paid access immediately; access may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.
When paid access expires or is terminated, your account may return to the Free plan and its current usage limits.
9. Refunds
Refund requests may be reviewed according to applicable law, the circumstances of the transaction and any payment-provider policies that apply.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a subscription does not automatically guarantee a refund simply because part of a billing period has already been used.
Where Lemon Squeezy processes a transaction, refund handling may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's applicable procedures and requirements.
10. Family Plans
A Family plan may allow the subscription owner to invite other people to receive Family-level TrustLens access, subject to the member limit shown for that plan.
Family invitations should only be sent to people the owner is authorized to invite. An invited member may need to create or use a TrustLens account with the invited email address before access can be activated.
The Family plan owner may remove members. Family access may also end if the owner's Family subscription expires, is cancelled, becomes inactive or is otherwise terminated.
Family members remain responsible for activity performed through their own TrustLens accounts.
11. Scam Reports
Users may submit suspicious websites, messages, phone numbers, email addresses, stores, jobs, payment requests or other items for TrustLens review.
A submitted report is not automatically considered a verified scam. TrustLens administrators may review, confirm, reject or otherwise moderate submitted reports.
12. False or Abusive Reports
You must not knowingly submit false reports, use TrustLens to harass another person or business, or attempt to damage someone's reputation through intentionally misleading submissions.
Reports may be removed, rejected or restricted when they appear abusive, fraudulent, malicious or intentionally misleading.
13. Prohibited Use
You may not use TrustLens to interfere with the service, bypass security or usage controls, access another user's account, overload TrustLens systems, distribute malicious content or use the service for unlawful activities.
You may not attempt to exploit, probe, attack or abuse TrustLens infrastructure in a way that could damage the service, compromise data or interfere with other users.
Automated abuse intended to bypass plan limits or intentionally consume excessive service resources may result in restricted access.
14. Sensitive Information
Never submit highly sensitive credentials.
Do not submit passwords, OTP codes, full payment-card details, cryptocurrency private keys, recovery phrases or other highly sensitive credentials to TrustLens.
15. Third-Party Services
TrustLens may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, email delivery, payment processing and threat intelligence.
Availability, accuracy and performance of third-party services are not entirely controlled by GeekyAce Digital Hub.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the provider's own terms, privacy notices or policies.
16. Service Availability
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of TrustLens where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, improvement, legal compliance or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, permanent or error-free availability at all times.
Threat-intelligence providers may also experience outages, rate limits or temporary unavailability.
17. Intellectual Property
TrustLens branding, software, design and original content are owned by or licensed to GeekyAce Digital Hub unless otherwise stated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of TrustLens or its intellectual property to users.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GeekyAce Digital Hub is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on a TrustLens score, classification or recommendation.
Users should independently verify important financial, security, identity, employment, investment or payment-related decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
19. Account Restrictions and Suspension
TrustLens may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being used for abuse, fraud, attacks, repeated false reporting, attempts to bypass limits or serious violations of these Terms.
Where reasonably possible, account restrictions will be proportionate to the suspected violation or security risk.
20. Privacy
Use of TrustLens is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, processed, stored and shared when you use the service.
Read the Privacy Policy →21. Changes to Plans or Features
TrustLens may add, remove or modify features as the service develops.
We may also revise usage limits or plan structures. Where a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will aim to provide appropriate notice where reasonably required.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as TrustLens develops, new features are introduced or legal, security and operational requirements change.
When appropriate, the effective date shown above will be updated.
Continued use of TrustLens after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance of those updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
